Wordpress problem

Hi all. I have followed the instructions here: https://support.infinityfree.net/wordpress/installation-failed-critical-error-on-your-website/

but I have not been able to fix it. When I set the wp debug to true, nothing shows up at mydomain.com/wp-admin/.
The problem arose when I installed the latest version of Wordpress. How can I solve it? Regards
