Wordpress not installing to my new subdomani and also php file not working

(the url not loading a html file as it refrect the image below while it was working on my root domain.

i alsi tried several times to install wordpress to see if the error was php file i uploaded but it cannot pass 95% as the previous query i had asked.

(please help me to be able to read the php file that is running on my rootdomain but in livescore.daytips.xyz/hdocs/index.php its redirectiing to the first above image)
