Wordpress Missing temporary folder

Hi,

I’m running a wordpress website and since today I can’t upload pictures to the media library. I get the error message “missing a temporary folder”. I tried to define a temp folder in the wp-config but without success.
I’m using the free account without the option to change any special php option. So my question is, were there any changes made in the default php settings?

Which hosting volume is your hosting account on?

Hi,
thank you for your reply. Yes, as mentioned, I tried this fix, but without success.
My account is on volume vol11_1.
