DNS Resolution Error - Domain Not Found, Or Domain not added to hosting account

For the past two weeks when navigating to my website, it displays a website with " Let’s Make Something Awesome" on it. I read other related topics but my website has been up since April and I can confirm that it was displaying correctly between April and August. When I checked the WP installation in Softaculous there was no trace of the installed website, it’s all gone! Which explains the default landing page. THree questions.

Hi ssssndr,

By wild guess, you might have installed the WordPress outside of the htdocs folder on your website. If you see htdocs right next to WordPress folders like wp-admin, then this is the case.

Just move everything back into the htdocs and you should be all set.

My site and content has disappeared

Please have a look at the pinned topic. Your site was affected by an outage, and unfortunately your content was lost: If you have a backup or can restore the site via the database contents (which were left intact) you’re lucky, but if not, there is nothing that can be done but recreating your website from scratch.
