My wordpress wbesite is showing this error :
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

when i tried to access it via my local IP, but when I use a VPN - USA it works fine and perfect, what is the problem and how do I solve this. Your contribution is highly appreciated.

Maybe there are caching issues on your end. Did you try to clear the cache for the current page by refreshing the page by pressing Ctrl and F5 contemporarily and see if it works?
