Judging by the error message, it seems that you have both Elementor and Elementor Pro installed, and that the versions installed are incompatible.
Please note that Elementor Pro is not free software, it starts at around $5 per month. If you downloaded it for free somewhere, it’s a pirated copy, which is illegal, dangerous, and likely an outdated version which is causing this issue.
We generally don’t recommend Elementor because it’s a very heavy plugin that needs more server power than we can provide for free. But if you do, either stick to the free version or pay for the pro version.
And if you do pay for a pro license, do yourself a favor and also spend some money on hosting to make sure you have hosting that can run your site well.
