Wordpress dashboard and control panel don't open

Wordpress dashboard doesn’t open. The same error goes when trying to reach the Softaculous installer. Control panal can’t be opened.

Welcome back to the forum! The Control Panel seems to be down again. Please wait until it gets fixed, maybe one or two hours and it’ll be back in function again.

Hi and welcome to the forum! You can’t fix it as iFastNet needs to work on it. The only way to fix this issue is to wait until they fix it.

How long do I have to wait for the problem to be fixed?

I think one or two hours, but it might take even more than that… But the outcome will be that the Control Panel will work again after it goes up.

The same - Control Panel and Wordpress dashboard do not open. Softaculous installer does not open.

I’m sorry, but “do not open” could mean anything. And it’s working fine from here, so we cannot check it for ourselves either.

So we need to know exactly what you see. Do you see any error messages? Can you copy/paste it here? Or maybe share screenshots?
