I haven’t used my website in a few months. when I logged in it told me that I needed to update wordpress. After updating wordpress all the content was gonna, website is blank.
anyway I can restore my content ???
I see what appears to be a new WordPress installation on the site.
I had a look at your website to see if I could find anything about the former content. But all I can see is a fresh WordPress installation installed yesterday with Softaculous.
So whatever was on the account before, there is no trace of it anymore. And so I have no clue as to what options could be available to restore your old content.
yes, It was outdated and i had install a new version. everything was gone. anyway i could get a backup file for the website before everything was deleted ?
If you overrode all the old files then it’s gone unless you have your own backup.
There is a chance the old database is still there, you will be able to recover your sites content (minus themes and plugins) if it has not been deleted. Check in the databases section and see if any of the databases listed there are WordPress ones with your posts in them.
For the future, make sure you always have a backup of your files.

Nope. This is free hosting, and server backups are not cheap. You are expected to have your own backups (and that’s true even on paid services)
