WooCommerce Payments/Database problem

I have a problem on my website synthsmart.com

I have WooCommerce installed and I’m going to the WooCommerce payments and I experience a common problem on infinity free but not in the way I usually see it.

When I try to activate WooCommerce payments (plugin) everything is fine but when I go into the plugin and press Finish Set up I get the database connection error.

And number two sometimes my website goes completely blank.
