Idk what is problem

What is your version of woo ?

I see you are not the only one with this problem

Version 7.8.0 creates a “Adding new attribute failed.” error

In short, some solved it by updating to the latest version
or rollback to version 7.7.2

There may be:

• insufficient memory for WP and Woo (the hosting limit is 128MB)

• as well as the limit on the maximum execution time for PHP (60sec)

• conflict with some plugins (try disabling all plugins)

How to fix max_user_connections problem

The “max_user_connections” limit it set to prevent a single account from creating a ton of connections to the database and overloading the server, causing problems for everyone else. Go in to phpMyAdmin, select your db, click export.

it will give you a .sql file
