As you guys share some infrastructure with ihostfull, will changing.the DNS Nameservers on my domain account (Seperate with NameCheap) be enough to bypass the “The selected domain is already in use on ihostfull. Please remove the domain from your account at ihostfull.com before you can host it on InfinityFree.” message?
My account with ihostfull has been deactivated and as such, I have no way to actually remove the site files hosted on it.
I sweapped the Nameservers abut 4 days ago but still no move.
Changing the nameservers of a domain name will not remove a domain name from your account. The only way to remove the domain name, is to wait until the account is deleted, or ensure the domain is actively removed from the old account.
Did you contact ihostfull.com about this? What did they say?
As far as I can tell, there isn’t actually a way to contact ihostful… They have no contact details or section and Google brings up nothing. – Considering you guys are somewhat intertwined as companies, would you be able to let me know how to contact them?
We share some technology from the same provider, but I have no way to see anything in their system which you aren’t able to see themselves. So I sadly can’t check who owns ihostfull.com, or how they can be reached.
