In any case, are you really here about two suspensions which occurred half a year ago? Despite the fact that your account appears to have been running just fine since then?

I would like to try to solve any problem you may have. But I don’t have a time machine. I can’t go back in time and prevent your accounts from ever being suspended. All I can do is to try to help you get your website online now.

Well, your login history has an IP address owned by some random server company which has a LONG list of spam complaints in public lists, and has also been found in relation to some really bad stuff on our hosting. I don’t know what the IP address is actually from (the free VPN/proxy was just a guess), but it did raise red flags with us.

I can’t give you more compelling evidence than the fact that your account has remained active for the last six months. I see no reason to assume that this will change if you start using the account again.
