Why sweetalert2 doesn't show in the phone?

Hey.

I’m building a website using HTML, CSS, and other languages. And i found this library sweetalert2 to customize the popup windows. So, I added it to the web and it’s work okay in the laptop but when i open it in the phone it doesn’t show i don’t know why?
I really need help in this :frowning:

Maybe there is a caching issue and you need to clear cookies and cache in your mobile browser.

The problem just for the window in the reload
other windows are showing normally
