IF its a permentant suspension, you’ll have the option to raise a support ticket in your dashboard.

from the support ticket, you can request reactivation and\or a backup.

if its a temporary suspension (24 hours) you won’t have this option and just have to wait.

As for the why, I obviously can’t see your site, but from your domain, it looks like there is potential for a TOS breach. If you’re “selling” emails from certain providers (such as gmail or outlook) that breaks their terms and conditions, and as such, would also be in breach of Infinity Free’s TOS.
