It usually only takes a few minutes. But sometimes it can have issues. Try refreshing the page, and if it’s not worked try again

I’m having the same issue, I created two new hosting accounts hours ago and it still says ‘pending creation‘ next to both. I read in the forum that this happened in the past due to technical issues, I’m hoping it will resolve itself soon. Refreshing the page did not help.
mine are active now 
We’re currently have an issue where status updates from the hosting platform are not being processed correctly. We’re aware of the issue and working on it.
