Due to this

Free hosting is using PHP 8.2.
So it will not work here

Newer versions of Flarum should work on newer versions of PHP.

Do note, that if Softacoulus doesn’t have the newer versions, you will have to install Flarum the manual way, as Infinity Free doesn’t offer a CLI of any kind, including SSH.
