My website is iloveleague.epizy.com, please let me know why it gives that error?
Please reply I spent a lot of time making this website and this is the best hosting service for free on the internet, if I can’t get it to work here I’ll have to use webhost000 which sucks
Please! This is such a great website I’m already hosting a website here and if I can’t host my new site here too my dreams will be crushed I was really looking forward to this!
Hello,
There’s actually better free hosting providers, but they are less known. There’s actually a very popular one I own, going around in the Free Hosting Subreddit over on Reddit.
But waiting an hour, and then thinking Support is slow and complaining, isn’t a good idea. Especially as there’s only one admin at infinity free and it’s mostly community run.
Anything within 12-24 hours should be acceptable for free, and 2-4 hours for paid hosting.
Anyway, I checked your website and it does have a 403 error. Please make sure you have no .htaccess rules creating this, for example if you deleted your index.html/index.php/index.htm file you’ll see this error.
Do you have a home page with the correct name in your website?

Yes, in htdocs I have index.php. Everything’s exactly like it works for XAMPP on my laptop except of course the database login info. So I don’t know why it’s not working when my other site works fine here.

Unfortunately, as I don’t have access to the infinity free services, I’m unable to assist you any further. This sounds like a server side error, possibly an accidental IP Block or similar which you caused with your admin panel if your using a CMS.

Why did you recommend your site if it’s not even accepting new registrations? What a tease

Your domain name is tied to the folder “iloveleague.epizy.com/htdocs” (as you can see on the Subdomains page in your control panel), but that directory doesn’t exist. And since the directory corresponding to your website does not exist, your website won’t work.
Fixing it is easy though, you just need to create the right directory. If you create a new folder in your account’s main directory (the one with the DO NOT UPLOAD FILES HERE) with your domain name and create a new folder in there with the name “htdocs”, you can upload your files to it and they will show on your website.
I just did this for your account, and it looks like it’s working now: http://iloveleague.epizy.com/
So no need to move to a different provider, all you need to do is move your files to a different directory!
