Why does I can't upload my files to file manager often?

When I upload my file to file manager,it show error “Either your FTP account quota has been exceeded, or the file upload was blocked by security.” I even can’t upload a only 3.31 KB of image.
And I have 1.3GB of space.

What is wrong with just installing the full version? Also, be careful when downloading software from 3rd parties, its not always safe!

I have both the full version on my pc, and the portable version on a USB pen that I can use when working else where. In my experience Portableapps.com is fairly safe. but I’d still run a scan on any files I download
