Why cant i fully edit an file via FTP?

My site is: gitconnect.rf.gd and i cant full edit an file like on this page https://gitconnect.rf.gd/server/draneg/list1.1.1.1.txt it shows 0.0.0.0,s at the front of urls but i just via FTP removed them and chrome shows 0.0.0.0 still

And FTP shows that they are removed

and a 250KB text file with a load of website addresses

maybe the file is hitting the file size limitations ? see the link below

Please make sure to clear your browser cache and check again, or try checking the page in an Incognito Mode window. It might be that the file is fully updated, but your browser is just showing you an older version of the file from its own cache.
