Hello dear administrators, for some reason, my account was blocked when I write to support, for some reason no one answers, it’s been a week since the first message.
You were likely suspended for trying to use XenForo. XenForo is infamously heavy and can easily overwhelm your account’s limits, and that’s assuming you acquired it legally. XenForo is expensive, and using nulled scripts is a clear violation of InfinityFree’s terms of service. And if you did buy it legally, you can most likely afford paid hosting, in which case there’s little reason for you to have to use InfinityFree.
It’s not unheard of for support to not respond to what they believe is a serve TOS infraction, though looking at times in your screenshot, it may very well be just because you’ve continuously moved yourself to the bottom of the queue by replying over and over again.
Yeah, don’t reply to ur ticket next time your account gets suspended, and wait for them to respond. That’s what I did when my account got suspended.. I didn’t reply to my ticket, I just let it be, then they answered, and they reactivated my account
