I would choose Woo just because it’s not a paid SaaS platform. I have never used either of them in production before, so can’t help you much there.
However, I can say that you may need premium hosting if you want to run anything other then a tiny Woo store here on free hosting.

You’re asking this question on a website hosting provider, so obviously the only right answer is to use something that you can actually host here (or can host yourself at all): WooCommerce.
Shopify starts at €21 per month, WooCommerce is free and a premium hosting account only costs around $5 per month. And since you’re asking it here, I think it’s safe to assume you’re cost conscious, by which time choosing WooCommerce is a no-brainer.
