Where has the control panel gone?

I needed to access phpMyAdmin today, but when I logged in, I couldn’t find where to access it from. Has the control panel been removed for free accounts?

Note: I know that CPANEL control panel isn’t free, however, I’m talking about the control panel (vista or so) that used to have all those features like phpMyAdmin and other useful tools.

I believe it used to be among these buttons. Thanks in advance for your help!

It now locates inside “Manage if0_xxxxxxxx” > “Control Panel”.

This change was made because Client Area is capable of all tasks.

So if you need to access phpMyAdmin you don’t need the control panel as well. You can find it inside “Manager if0_xxxxxxxx” > “MySQL Databases”.
