When I upload via FTP, only the folders and no contents upload

and here…

The favicon jpg isn’t there at all, never mind there’s nothing in IMG, fonts, or CSS in htdocs.

Edit: And my FTP client shows it skipped those files.

I’ve found a workaround.

It seems it doesn’t like me using ‘sync’ mode when initially uploading the site. Unlike my previous hosting site where Sync just made the local folder match the hosted folder, with Infinity, I just have to transfer the contents over first, then I can use sync when there are changes. Not a big deal just not an obvious solution, at least for me anyway.

As long as it works I’m ok with the idiosyncracy.

Hmm, that’s strange. Because “sync” isn’t a feature of FTP or our FTP server, but of your FTP client, which checks for itself which files have already been uploaded, and only uploads the new files. I can’t think of any way why that would differently with different hosting providers, but I don’t know exactly how Transmit implemented that functionality.

Regardless, if this is a workable solution for you, then all is good.
