When I try to install a wordpress plugin it gives this error 502 Bad Gateway 502 Bad Gateway nginx

berkayhasip.rf.gd

Yükleme başarısız: 502 Bad Gateway 502 Bad Gateway nginx

Why does it always give this error when I try to install a Wordpress plugin?

Hi and welcome to the forum! If the plugin you’re installing is heavy and/or to install it it takes more than a minute, it’ll return this error. To fix this, you’ll have to upload the plugin via FTP. Here are the instructions:

  1. Set up an FTP client of your choice (we recommend FileZilla as client, which is also the same used on this guide): How to upload files with FTP
  2. Go to your htdocs/wp-content/plugins folder.
  3. Download the plugin you’re trying to download from WordPress.org instead of your admin’s dashboard.
  4. Extract the archive on your computer.
  5. Upload the extracted folder in the folder you’ve opened before on your FTP client.

“Saying ‘connection could not be established’ in Turkish, could the issue be due to the server?”

“Now connected to the server, okay.”
