Other Information

I recently registered the ntc.maf.qzz.io subdomain for the maf.qzz.io domain and connected an SSL certificate, but the site has been returning a 404 error for several hours now. What’s the problem?
Other subdomains are working fine.

I’m getting a 403 not a 404

Couple of things to check, does your sub domain have an index file, and have you made any changes to the .htaccess

  1. I didn’t add anything to the main .htaccess file for my installation, as the hosting provider itself prohibits this.
  2. I didn’t create an .htaccess file in the subdomain folder itself, and the files there are the same as on maf.qzz.io.
