Maybe its because of DNS Caching. Your network still consider the old DNS configs for your site.
Please flush dns cache using this:
ipconfig /flushdns

maybe use fast DNS resolvers such as CloudFlare (1.1.1.1) or Freenom DNS (80.80.80.80).
