Have you tried just using the regular domain? It says it can take up to 72 hours. That means it can also take less than that.
For workarounds, please see the article posted before. It contains a number of workarounds and information on how to implement it.
Finally, I would like to ask you to do a bit of investigation yourself first. There is plenty of information already written online, both on our website and elsewhere, about many topics. You can find much more detailed information much quicker by just searching online instead of asking us to tell you everything there is to know.
