What software or script are you using?
IonCube should be installed by default. It could be that it’s not on your account, or that your software is built with an incompatible version.
In any case, I would need a website URL and a script name and version to check. Can you please share those?
Is there any way to give it in privately? or the account name so you can just check?
If you could publicly share the script name that would be best.

An account username would help already, assuming it’s obvious to see from there which URL is affected. But a URL would still be best.

Nulled scripts are not supported. Are you sure you have the licence?
If you’re already spending $18.95 per month on a software license, perhaps it would be a good idea to spend another $4.95 on premium hosting to run it? You’ll have a much better experience.
And if you didn’t pay that $18.95, please note that running pirated software here is forbidden and most definitely not supported.
