You may need a new theme or premium hosting. But 256M is a LOT for a theme that should need ~0.1M.

Can I ask what theme that is? Because that is huge, even for a WordPress website.

Looks like you’re installing a theme like JNews or NewsPaper. Am I right? I mean no free theme has such minimum limit. So you will be better off with premium hosting

On the $5 per month hosting, it is 1gb. I have checked this with iFastNet.
