What is the difference between deactivated and suspended hosting accounts?
A deactivated account is when you deactivate it yourself. You can also reactivate it yourself.
A suspended account is when your account is suspended for daily limits or violating rules. It cannot be reactivated without waiting or submitting a ticket, depending on the reason.
