If I can interpret your question as “will I hit any limits if I get 1000 visitors at the same time”, then the answer is yes, because 1000 concurrent users is a VERY busy website, and you’ll need some very beefy hosting or rigorous optimization to make that work.
Whether it’s worth it to you to spend hundreds of even thousands of dollars per month on very powerful hosting to be able to handle such traffic is up to you, only you can determine how likely it is that you’ll get so many visitors all at once.
