I would like to obtain a private technical support email given that I have proven the ways that I read in the forums about how to install my instantssl <<<< “comodo certificate” and in the infinityfree platform I only finish with the errors "the certificdo no belongs to the domain “(in the zip archives that sent me” comodo “the name of my domain appears) and the second error that is usually answered when installing it is” it is not the private key "----- I apply the same steps and always the error is one or the other would like to know if it is a bug? and how we could solve my case, thank you very much for your attention.

Hello,
Maybe you are trying to paste the CA certificate, which is not available here, instead of the normal one?
You can find contact details here for IF: https://infinityfree.net/contact/
But I think we can solve it on the forums!

Hello,
If you are installing a CA certificate for your website then you can’t install it.
You can only install your SSL certificate, not the CA certificate.
CA certificate is the CA certificate to prove that your SSL was from a trusted CA so that browser can trust your site.
You can use Cloudflare SSL instead to get a complete chain.
FYI: InfinityFree doesn’t provide technical support and if you do contact them for help, they will not answer you. The only way you get support is here on the forums and Admin will help you here (also Admin is a support staff and a staff)
I’m sorry, but there is no technical support email and we don’t provide private technical support for free hosting. We cannot afford to hire staff to provide one-on-one support for hundreds of thousands of users, none of whom pay us anything.
If I remember correctly, Comodo ships their certificates in multiple formats for different web servers and software. In the ZIP file they provide, you should find the Apache folder. In that folder should be three files. You’ll want to open the file which has your domain name in the file name.
Then, copy the contents of that file, paste it in the Certificate box in the control panel and then click Upload Certificate. That should be all that’s needed to install the certificate.
Please see the article about installing SSL certificates as well: https://infinityfree.net/support/how-to-install-an-ssl-certificate/
