What happened to SSL certificates

https://www.visualgrid.rf.gd/ So this is my website and The recent thing I had to do is just buy a new certificate and connect it to the website. But now I can’t create SSLs cause It’s a Sub-domain
So it says the SSL was in the website Default but I guess it’s not. Go to my website and see it is not working. ty for readin my topic. help!

Existing custom certificates for www subdomains will continue to work until they expire. After that, they cannot be renewed.

You can’t. That functionality was removed. There is no workaround.

You must ensure that you always visit your site over the non-www version.

So how can i shift my websites to a website without www. ?

Depends on your site.

If it’s a wordpress site, just change the site settings in wordpress to remove the www.

Otherwise you can make a .htaccess rule to remove the www
