Is there a problem with the Name Servers? I am getting an error.
The error I get is:
The nameservers you entered are unavailable. Please check if they are correct or use different nameservers.

I am trying to connect my domain name to InfinityFree, and when I try to change the nameservers on Tucows Domains, I get this error.

The result from dnschecker.org is 100% expected, because the name ns1.infinityfree.com is to be used as the NS record, it doesn’t have NS records itself because that’s not how nameservers work. If you want to check whether the nameserver exists, you should check whether it has an A record to point the nameserver name to the IP address of the actual nameserver itself. And if you do, you’ll see that it’s working perfectly.
Besides that, it sounds like another case of this error:
When you try to point your domain to InfinityFree’s nameservers (ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com ), your registrar might refuse the change with error messages like:
DNS Query Refused
ERROR: Answer must be authoritative
The name server is not responsible for this domain
Domain is not activated in the nameservers
What should I do?
You have two main options to solve this problem:
Option 1: Use CNAME verification instead
Instead of changing nameservers, you can verify your domai…
