What could be causing my site to consume the entire server CPU?

Translated from Portuguese.

Well friends, not my site, but I did it for a friend. Well as it can not pay for a server, I put in a free one, that of course has its limitations and so on. So far so good, I’ve also had a website on this server for two years and it’s been catching on. However the problem is that the server has dropped the site several times because of excessive CPU consumption, the problem is that it is a simple site, it does not have much, it is only for publications, even the theme is simpler, remembering that in my another site, it is much more dynamic and complex and does not fall. Here’s some information:

Current topic: Codilight Lite Version: 1.0.8

I need an urgent solution, because when the server knocks it out of the air for more than twenty-four hours, or practically a day, and this can not happen. What plugins do you recommend deleting or implementing to improve website performance?
I already use Cache, I use systems to make images lighter and more.
On the other hand, there is IFTTT that scans the site RSS, to automate the sharing of the publication in social networks and other blogs.

Wordpress php files consumes most of the cpu usage.
Try to reduce server load by
1.using caching
2.using CDN
3.remove unused css & js
And as it’s free shared hosting , so if you gain more traffic it will consume cpu usage, high.

Same problem to me => Account CPU Problem
