So, I am running a Minecraft Server Network.
Am I allowed to host Multicraft (only the panel itself, not the daemon) and my server website / forum?
I just wanted to know if this is allowed so I don’t get the account suspended after a while.

I don’t see any reason why we would ban a admin panel for a gaming server.
However, please note that outgoing connections to most non-standard ports are blocked on free hosting. So if the admin panel needs to connect to a Minecraft server on port 25565, I’m afraid that won’t be possible from your hosting account.
That is fine. The reason why the panel is there is just to control the servers on my Dedicated Server. The gameservers themselves are hosted on my own server, the panel is there simply to control them, turn them off etc.
