My account (if0_42678306) is Active and unchanged. Website IP is 185.27.134.115, confirmed in the Domain Details panel.
The site became completely unreachable (not even a plain HTML page loads, connection just times out) starting today. I ran a diagnostic script that confirmed the failure happens before PHP even executes - it’s a full network-level connection timeout, not a database or code issue on my end.
I noticed the status page currently lists an ongoing incident for IP 185.27.134.132 (“Investigating” since 23 Aug 14:26 UTC), which is in the same 185.27.134.x subnet. My IP (185.27.134.115) is not listed there. Could you check whether this is the same underlying issue affecting a wider range of IPs in that subnet, or a separate problem specific to my account?
