Does the site load if you test it from outside your own connection? Run https://kelas6.gt.tc through check-host.net (HTTP test), and try it on mobile data or a VPN. Please tell me what each one shows.

I found an article that covers this error, and it fits what you describe:

It says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT means your browser couldn’t set up a connection to the server. That’s different from an error page your site shows itself. It can be blocked on your device, by your network or provider, or by the hosting servers, which automatically block IP addresses that show suspicious behavior. The check-host.net and mobile data/VPN results tell those apart:

  • Most locations on check-host.net fail: the site or its server has a problem, and a person needs to look at it.
  • Most locations pass, but it fails on your connection and works over mobile data or a VPN: the block is tied to your network or IP address.

Your TCP tests to ports 80 and 443 succeed, but they only show that the connection opens from where you ran them. They don’t show that the server then answers.

I couldn’t find a source for the File Manager loading forever, so I can’t say whether it’s related. If check-host.net shows the site down for everyone, mention that in your reply.
