Website timeouts

Error Message

Hello,

My website https://saherashop.com suddenly stopped responding.

My hosting account is active, the website IP address is still 185.27.134.216, and File Manager works normally. However, the website times out on both HTTP and HTTPS, including the admin login page.

I cleared the contents of the Laravel storage/framework/cache and storage/framework/sessions folders, but this did not resolve the problem.

Could you please check whether there is a server connectivity issue or any restriction affecting my website?

My domain still uses InfinityFree nameservers, and I have not changed them to Cloudflare.

Thank you.

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.

Does check-host.net show your site failing from most locations, or does it work from some and only fail for you? And does it still time out from a different connection, like your phone on mobile data?

I’m asking because a timeout, where the browser can’t connect at all, can come from three places: your device, your network or provider, or the servers blocking your IP address. Clearing the Laravel cache and session folders wouldn’t affect any of those, since the connection fails before your site’s code runs. The test tells you which case you’re in.

This article walks through the checks, including testing HTTP vs HTTPS and testing from other connections on your provider:

If check-host shows most locations failing, the problem is on the server side rather than yours. Post the results here if that’s what you see.

I tried on different phones and it still the same

Were the different phones you tried on different networks?

I checked your website and it seems to be working fine from here. So whatever the issue is, it’s not affecting everyone.

Also, the article that Lemni linked to has multiple troubleshooting steps and additional information that you could provide. Please do all of them. KB articles are not written to bully you out of asking for help, they are written to actually help you, to provide information you can use to address the issue yourself, or help you obtain the information that we need to help you.
