You should find out the cause which is hitting the mysql limit.
Your site using more SQL process so kindly review it and made change which use more SQL hits.
Or change premium hosting!

What software/script are you using?
WordPress with wpautomatic plugin and rehub theme
Not recommended for free hosting.
Bcoz it takes up so many sql queries/connections to the db.
Please remove this plugin when your website is reactivated.
