Website pictures not loading

I’ve just uploaded all my website files for a class project. All of the links worked in the test, but once I uploaded them, half of the pictures do not load.

The URL is : http://benchyinc.42web.io/products/products.html

Not sure if this is an upload error on my part, or something more. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the files are available

Unless there is some secret squirrel procedure for making a folder available, everything should be accessible. I haven’t changed any code from my master files and they all run fine. There is only one folder of everything I have uploaded that isn’t being accessed. How can I find out how to make them available?

Make sure the names are correct. It is case sensitive on free hosting so make sure the names tally

checked. All lower-case or camel-case as per best practice. Again, it’s only seems to be this one folder. I’ve deleted it and re uploaded it and I’ve deleted individual pics and re uploaded them as well. None of my pics are larger than 650kb so there shouldn’t be a size issue. I’ve even zip filed the master folder and transfered it to a new computer, unzipped it, and ran through all the pages successfully with all picture loading

Is this valid?

I imagine there should be the htdocs folder in there somewhere, but as the view from Monsta makes it difficult to determine full pathing I can only say that the /photos/box2.jpg is correct

Wrong , see

The names are, but I don’t know why they aren’t showing up, or rather showing up as unknown items. I uploaded that folder like the other 4, is there some special way to upload a folder full of jpg files? Or are jpg files not even allowed?

Read carefully.
What you uploaded is box2.JPG. The link is requesting for box2.jpg
.JPG is not the same as .jpg

capitalizing the .JPG didn’t seem to work after all. converting to png and uploading to see if that works

Clear browser cache? Works for me

yeah, that page loaded up, but if you click on the pics, the same issue occurs with the slideshow portion. I’ve changed the JPG and even tried png but I can’t get them to load now

What issue?

Thank you for all your help. I finally managed to clear up the issue. You were right, i needed to caps all the JPG and then clear my cache. It is working now.
