Website not working

I bought the domain https://thenamaskar.in/ and hosted it with infinityfree. I am getting a error 403 on the folder https://thenamaskar.in/namaschat. My home page was also working fine but that namaschat folder is showing 403 error I tried renaming the folder ,deleting the .htaccess file
, changing administrative permissions but still… no hope. I request infinityfree to fix this error.

I believe chat is a forbidden word. So for namaschat you need to rename to something else without the chat

Note that chat scripts are prohibited, since they require too much server power to run.

still not working tried renaming to namaskar cleared cache.

@KangJL i tried doing that. i renamed it to “a” but now instead of 403 it is showing 404
