Rule 1. Share your website URL. Not an IP address. IP addresses are not some kind of âauthorityâ and can never be accessed directly on this hosting.

To summarize what has been said:
There was nothing wrong with your accountâs IP address.
Yes, you canât ping the IP address. Thatâs by design, and doesnât indicate any problem with your connection or our hosting.
Just because another host doesnât block your IP address doesnât mean that they donât block any IP address.
Itâs possible that your IP address was blocked on our end. We have systems in place to detect abnormal traffic and block it. Itâs possible that your IP address got blocked. And for the record: those blocks are platform wide, not for a single IP address.
I can check this for you, but then it would help if you had an active hosting account with an active domain name, which you donât appear to have anymore. And of course, I need to know your IP address to check it.
