What does your website do? Checked it just now, it forces http to https then redirects to Google. Is that the intended behavior?

just checked x10hosting and seems like they don’t block any ips

Rule 1. Share your website URL. Not an IP address. IP addresses are not some kind of “authority” and can never be accessed directly on this hosting.

I merged your three topics since they seem to be all about the same issue.

To summarize what has been said:

  • There was nothing wrong with your account’s IP address.
  • Yes, you can’t ping the IP address. That’s by design, and doesn’t indicate any problem with your connection or our hosting.
  • Just because another host doesn’t block your IP address doesn’t mean that they don’t block any IP address.

It’s possible that your IP address was blocked on our end. We have systems in place to detect abnormal traffic and block it. It’s possible that your IP address got blocked. And for the record: those blocks are platform wide, not for a single IP address.

I can check this for you, but then it would help if you had an active hosting account with an active domain name, which you don’t appear to have anymore. And of course, I need to know your IP address to check it.
