That’s just how DNS cache work. The point of DNS cache is to have a local copy of data close to you, meaning there are many different records of where you website lies all around the world.

Our local DNS cache returns the most recent, correct data. Your local DNS cache returns older, incorrect data. Hence why we say “work everywhere”: it can work for some people and not for others.
