The website is taking too long to load. Happening on multiple devices from multiple people.
I think the IP your website is hosted on (185.27.134.136) is temporarily down due to DDoS issues, so either waiting until it will be online again or moving your website to another hosting account which has a different IP should solve the problem.
EDIT: The IP is now online again, so never mind. To the OP (Original Poster): It seems like your website now has a database connection error. Can you please try to fix it by reading the instructions on this article?

Me too please my website at http://web-skiyen.rf.gd is down to and i cannot even access my filemanager to backup my files
