https://smartworld.lk my website is not load Please help.

I checked name servers and cname for your domain but don’t see anything setup

please give details of the steps you have taken so far to set this up so that we can help find the issue

"The connection has timed out or the page does not load; it seems to be very slow. When trying to access https://smartworld.lk via FTP, I receive the following errors:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity.
Error: Could not connect to server.

I have no idea what to do about this

same problem FTP doesn’t work. In file manager saving works every other time archive creation doesn’t work constantly unknown errors

Can you please share the full logs from FileZilla? The “Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity” is completely normal and shouldn’t prevent you from managing your files with FTP. The actual issue is probably something else.
