I’m having an issue with my website pasuban.biz.id which cannot be accessed since 9/28/2025. Sometimes the website is down for 2–3 days continuously. When I try to open it, the browser only shows a connection timed out error / This site can’t be reached pasuban.biz.id took too long to respond..
Steps I have tried:
Accessed from different devices and networks → same error
Tried both http and https → same result
Cleared browser cache
Could you please check if there is any issue with the server/hosting or the domain configuration?

The downtime sometimes lasts 2–3 days continuously.
Error usually appears as ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
I have not made any recent changes to the website configuration or DNS.
Hey there! Have you tried using a different DNS resolver? Such as, Cloudflare? Sometimes it will help you to bypass ISP restrictions for certain services.
Thanks for checking! I already tried accessing the site with VPN and also tested from different devices and networks, but the result is still the same (connection timed out). So it doesn’t look like a device issue. I’m not sure if my ISP is blocking .biz.id, but the problem happens repeatedly (sometimes the site is down for 2–3 days).
Yes, I already changed my browser/OS DNS settings to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) but unfortunately the issue still persists. I tested with Cloudflare DNS and also using VPN, but I still get the same error.
Update:
Right now my website is working fine and can be accessed normally again. It looks like the issue has been resolved (maybe temporary ISP/DNS routing problem). I’ll keep monitoring in case the same problem happens again.
