That makes sense since you are not using IF nameservers, and you haven’t setup an A record pointing to your account IP with your DNS provider. You need to do one of those things before it will work.

i had already done all that, the site was running earlier today but suddenly it went down i started troubleshooting and found it is showing up the name servers

Subdomains hosted at infy.uk are inaccessible for some reason. i have tested some websites hosted at infy.uk and all of them are inaccessible. We will have to wait until this issue with InfinityFree gets fixed.

I too feel the same because website DNS were configured well and were working fine since I created account.

This issue is caused by the fact that Nominet, the .uk domain registry, has suspended the domain name infy.uk. Because of this, all subdomain of the infy.uk domain are currently down.
