Your website is working fine from here. If you are unable to access it, that could indeed indicate an IP block.
However, we generally only block individual IP addresses. Your WiFi and 4G connections use different IP addresses, so if you are unable to access your website on either, that could mean that either we have blocked both of them, but it could also mean that something else is blocking access. Especially if the WiFi and 4G connections are on the network from the same ISP, a block by your ISP would also explain this.
However, before I can check if the IP address is blocked, I need to know what IP address to look for. Is it one of the IPs in your profile login history or are you connecting from a different IP address?
