Hello, my website was working perfectly. I needed an email and upgrade my plan, infinityFree took me through iFastNet. I paid the Starter Premium. In iFastNet it says that everything is paid and that’s my plan. But in IninifyFree it says that I don’t have the Starter premium plan and the website stopped working. The cost of the plan was also taken from my account.
Can anyone help why my website is not working?

Yes, but InfinityFree does not offer paid plans. You can ask iFastNet support to move your domain back to the free plan if you would like.
